Q.I want to lose weight but I don't have the motivation to join a gym and work out 3 or 4 times a week.What do you suggest I should do?
A.There is a whole lot you can do to get yourself motivated and moving.It starts with one small step, a small change in your life style that is realistic and easy to do.This is vital,and is your starting point.Have you ever considered during your lunch hour instead of sitting at your desk go for a brisk walk.Needn't be that long 20-30 minutes thats all.By the end of the month you will start to notice the difference.Because you may not realize it you are excising, and if you get a friend to come along with you all the better! You see what I mean,just one small change that is easily done by you.Another small change that is quick and simple to do is instead of ordering fries with that burger.Stop.What about substituting that burger for a lower calorie alternative instead.
